Working out is a definite necessity for us nerds in the basement. The Recreational Sports Center (RSC) provides a great facility with everything you need: basketball courts, swimming pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, badminton courts, and a new indoor hockey/soccer court. For a fee, you can even join in “learn to play” classes, which include spinning, yoga, turbo kick, and more. There is also the International Health and Racquet Club facility in W. Lafayette, which requires a membership. (The RSC is a service provided to all students, including the medical students.)
