White Coat Ceremony

Class of 2019

White Coat Ceremony

Hilbert Circle Theater

Friday, August 7, 2015

4:30 p.m.

The White Coat Ceremony marks a transformation for first-year students entering medical school. Professional attitudes and ethical behavior are critical attributes of all physicians in training. The short white coats worn by medical students elicit the high expectations patients have of the doctor/patient relationship. In the presence of family, friends and faculty members, students are welcomed in to the medical community by leaders of the school.

The ceremony took place on Friday, August 7, 2015 at the Hilbert Circle Theater for the incoming class of 2019.
