I am a rising MS2 who is looking to sublet my 1BR/1BA apartment at Canal Overlook Apartments this summer from May 10 to July 31 (end of lease, with renewal possible if desired). It is a 10-minute walk to the Medical Research Library/Riley/MSB. Laundry is available on the floor, and there is assigned parking in the basement garage. The apartment is well maintained and conveniently located across the street from the new Marsh grocery store and a coffee shop. Rent is $1150/mth including water, trash, and parking.

For Soon to be IUSM Students in Indianapolis;

I am a current MS4 and I have a 4 bedroom apartment at The Avenue Apartments (located at 920 W 10th Street) currently occupied by just myself and one other occupant. I will graduate in May and my lease is until July 31st (Other resident will also be done in May with similar lease). I am hoping to find several students for a sub-lease starting mid-May thru the end of the lease in July and possibly 2 additional students for vacant rooms. You would then be able to sign a new lease with The Avenue on August 1. Each resident is charged rent separately and will remain the same regardless of the number of occupants.

My current lease is $830/month which includes parking in a covered garage. Electricity and Brighthouse Cable/Internet are additional charges, however The Avenue pays for a basic internet and cable package. The Avenue is short walking distance to University Hospital, Library, Research Building and People Mover (5min), Riley (10min), Eskenazi (15min) and a short drive ~2-5min to Methodist Hospital, although the people mover is also an option.

The apartment is 2 floors with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. It is partly furnished by The Avenue with leather couch, chair, coffee table, TV stand and a small TV. There is an additional couch and ping pong table in the apartment which can go or stay depending on preference.

I have made The Avenue sub-lease agreement available to Jose Espada.
