A postcard will be mailed to students on 2/22/13 with information for Cap & Gown Ordering (select IUPUI).
Information for Faculty will be sent via email.
AOA & GHHS cords will be located in our office (MS 162) - we'll email students when they're available.
Individual names will be announced at the ceremony, if your name is commonly mispronounced please provide us with a phonetic pronunciation.
Deadline for ordering your cap and gown is March 25th.
Cap and gown distribution will be Tues., May 7th and Wed., May 8th from 9am - 7pm in the Campus Center, rooms 405 and 409.
The Office for Mentoring and Student Development works with the Alumni Office to coordinate the 44th IUSM Graduation Ceremony. Contact information is listed below if you have specific questions.
This year's Hooders for the ceremony are: Richard Beeler, MD, Meg Gaffney, MD, Richard Gunderman, MD, PhD, and Robert Pascuzzi, MD. IUSM's hooding policy is located here.

Students who earned an AOA or GHHS cord will need to pick them up here in MS 162. Instructions on how they are to be worn at graduation will be provided.
The Sagamore Ballroom holds approximately 3,000 people. Tickets are not required. If you have guests with special needs, please let us know.
ATTIRE: Caps and gowns must be worn by all graduates, the hoods are to be carried over the left arm during the procession. Graduates must deposit their gown and hood in boxes, located at all exits, before leaving the Indiana Convention Center on Saturday, so please dress accordingly. The cap and tassel are yours to keep.
We ask that all students be at the Convention Center, outside the Sagamore Ballroom at 9am and begin lining up in alphabetical order by degree (MS, MSCR, MSTS, MSMS, MD, PhD-only) for the processional. The list of graduates in alphabetical order will be emailed to you and will also be available here.
